🎓Today, our University was honored to host Professor Jim Mazurkiewicz, Ph.D. – a distinguished representative of Texas A&M University and an active member of the Polish-American community in Texas. His visit was filled with inspiration, important meetings, and meaningful conversations about the future of education, international cooperation, and the role of young people in shaping the world.

🎓Professor Mazurkiewicz met with the university leadership, as well as with high school and WSHIU students. During his speech, he emphasized the importance of continuous personal development, thinking globally, and influencing the world through everyday choices and active engagement. He also proudly spoke about his Polish heritage – he loves Poland and is delighted with its progress.

🎓In discussions with the Founder of WSHIU, Magdalena Górska, MBA; the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Paulina Kolisnichenko, Ph.D.; Chancellor Tomasz Górski, MBA; and Ewa Krąkowska, MBA, Director of the Academic High School, topics included potential academic, cultural, and economic cooperation between the University and Polish communities in the United States. They also explored innovative educational projects and the use of modern technologies in teaching.

🎓Professor Mazurkiewicz – recipient of the Medal of Merit of the Republic of Poland and honorary doctorate from Warsaw University of Life Sciences – has long built bridges between Poland and the United States. His presence at our University was a true honor and a source of valuable inspiration.
